NeuRecover is a clinic management and patient follow-up platform operated by ODISION MACROMOAT TECH (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 in India (CIN: U62010TN2026OPC194155), with its registered office at Sai Arathi Plot No. 185, Govindan Street, Pallikaranai, Tambaram, Kanchipuram - 600100, Tamil Nadu, India. We collect two categories of information: Clinic and Doctor Information: When a clinic registers on NeuRecover, we collect the doctor's name, specialisation, registration number, clinic name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is used to generate prescriptions and configure the platform. Patient Information: When a doctor issues a prescription, the platform stores the patient's name, mobile number, date of birth, diagnosis, prescribed medicines, treatment procedures, and next visit date. This information is entered by the treating doctor and is stored to enable follow-up messaging and maintain patient history. We do not collect payment information directly — billing is processed through Meta's payment infrastructure for WhatsApp messaging.

We use the information collected solely for the following purposes: — Generating digital prescription PDFs for patients — Sending prescription PDFs to patients via WhatsApp — Sending automated appointment follow-up reminders via WhatsApp — Enabling AI-powered after-hours responses to patient queries — Displaying patient visit history to the treating doctor — Improving the reliability and performance of the platform We do not sell, rent, or share patient or clinic data with any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

NeuRecover uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API to send messages to patients. By using NeuRecover, clinics confirm that: — Patients have consented to receive WhatsApp messages from the clinic — Messages sent through NeuRecover comply with applicable healthcare communication regulations in India — Clinics are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before entering patient contact details into the platform All WhatsApp messages sent via NeuRecover are classified as utility messages (appointment reminders and prescription delivery) and do not constitute marketing communications.

Patient and clinic data is stored on Supabase, a managed cloud database service hosted in the Asia-Pacific region (Tokyo). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Prescription PDFs are stored in Supabase Storage with public read access for the purpose of WhatsApp delivery. PDFs are accessible via non-guessable URLs and are not indexed by search engines. We implement Row-Level Security (RLS) on all database tables to ensure each clinic can only access their own data. No clinic can access another clinic's patient records.

Patient records and prescription data are retained for as long as the clinic maintains an active NeuRecover account. Upon account termination, clinic and patient data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law. Prescription PDFs stored in Supabase Storage are retained for the same period as the associated patient record.

Patients whose data is stored on NeuRecover may request: — Access to their personal data held on the platform — Correction of inaccurate personal data — Deletion of their personal data Such requests should be directed to the clinic that issued the prescription, or directly to us at tech@neurecover.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days of verification.

NeuRecover integrates with the following third-party services: — Meta WhatsApp Business API — for sending prescription and follow-up messages to patients — Supabase — for database and file storage — Vercel — for application hosting — Google Gemini API — for AI-powered after-hours responses Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them independently.

NeuRecover uses session cookies to maintain clinic login sessions. These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function and do not track users across external websites. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking technologies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of NeuRecover after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify registered clinics by email.
