By creating an account on NeuRecover or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use NeuRecover. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including clinic owners, doctors, and administrative staff acting on behalf of a registered clinic.

NeuRecover is a SaaS platform operated by ODISION MACROMOAT TECH (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U62010TN2026OPC194155) that enables clinics to: — Issue digital prescriptions and store patient records — Send prescription PDFs to patients via WhatsApp — Automate appointment follow-up reminders via WhatsApp — Provide AI-powered responses to patient queries outside clinic hours — Maintain a complete patient visit history NeuRecover is a tool to support clinic operations. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace the clinical judgment of a licensed medical professional.

NeuRecover is intended for use by licensed medical practitioners and authorised clinic staff in India. By registering, you confirm that: — You are a licensed medical professional or authorised staff of a registered clinic — You have the legal authority to enter patient information into the platform — You will use the platform in compliance with applicable Indian healthcare regulations, including the Information Technology Act 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and guidelines issued by the Medical Council of India

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your clinic. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at tech@neurecover.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Each account is for a single clinic. Sharing accounts across multiple clinics or locations without prior written consent is not permitted.

You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from patients before entering their personal and health information into NeuRecover. This includes consent to: — Store their personal and health information on the platform — Receive WhatsApp messages from your clinic via NeuRecover NeuRecover processes patient data on your behalf as a data processor. You remain the data controller and are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws. You must not enter data of patients who have not consented to receive WhatsApp communications from your clinic.

By using NeuRecover's WhatsApp messaging features, you agree to: — Use WhatsApp messaging only for legitimate clinical communications (appointment reminders, prescription delivery) — Not use the platform to send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages to patients — Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable TRAI regulations on commercial messaging — Obtain and maintain valid patient consent for WhatsApp communications NeuRecover reserves the right to suspend messaging capabilities if misuse is detected.

You agree not to: — Use NeuRecover for any unlawful purpose — Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent patient information — Attempt to access data belonging to other clinics — Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform — Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation — Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the platform without written permission

NeuRecover is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of subscription. During the Founding Clinic Program, eligible clinics receive 30 days of free access with no credit card required. After the free trial, continued use requires a valid payment method. Subscriptions are billed monthly. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

All rights in the NeuRecover platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by ODISION MACROMOAT TECH (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U62010TN2026OPC194155). Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property. Patient data entered into NeuRecover remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

NeuRecover is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. NeuRecover is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions remain entirely the responsibility of the treating doctor. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ODISION MACROMOAT TECH (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of NeuRecover, including loss of patient data, missed appointments, or revenue loss. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting tech@neurecover.io. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay your subscription, or use the platform in a manner that poses risk to other users or third parties. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We encourage you to contact us at tech@neurecover.io before initiating any legal proceedings. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered clinics by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of NeuRecover after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
